Understanding our impact

Count the work.
Learn from the people.

Resource counts describe what we delivered. Participant feedback helps us understand what that support meant.

What we delivered

Our reports record activities such as kits distributed, laptops provided, volunteer involvement and hours of service.

What people experienced

Feedback can help explain whether a resource was useful or a gathering helped someone feel more connected. It is different from an attendance total.

What comes next

A future target is a plan. We keep plans separate from results already achieved.

Reading our reports

Look for the reporting year, the location and the activity being counted. Some figures appear in both country reports; those should not be added together.

The reports contain some differences in activity totals. Ask our team for clarification or supporting records if you need a figure for a funding decision.

Questions from funders and partners

Tell us which program and reporting period you are reviewing. We can discuss the available records, the program’s aims and what information would be useful for your assessment.
