How to read these listings

Every location carries a status. Completed means a specific event happened and finished there; it is not a permanent program location. Reported means activity has been recorded in a published report. Recurring is used only where a program runs on a continuing basis.

Recurring status and current delivery partners are being confirmed for each location. Until that is complete, listings below show what has been reported rather than claiming an ongoing presence.
