Get involved
Individuals, schools, community groups, workplaces and supporters can organise fundraising activities for Favored Generation, once the activity has been approved.
Written approval required first
Any public fundraising that uses our name, logo, registration information or program claims needs written approval before it starts. That is not bureaucracy for its own sake: approval is how we make sure the activity is safe, lawful, accurately described, and connected to an eligible Favored Generation entity and purpose.
It also protects you. An unapproved fundraiser that describes our programs inaccurately, or issues something that looks like a tax receipt, creates a problem for the organiser as much as for us.

Limits
Approval does not make an organiser an employee, agent or spokesperson for Favored Generation. It does not authorise contracts, expenses, bank accounts, raffles, lotteries, alcohol sales, or the use of participant information, unless each of those is specifically approved in writing.
Send us the idea, the rough dates and where you would want the funds to go. Approval protects you as much as it protects us, and it is usually quick.
