Due diligence
How partnerships are assessed
We assess mission alignment, community need, legal status, reputation, safeguarding, financial controls, operational capacity, conflicts of interest, accessibility, data protection, the proposed contribution, and the ability to report results.
We expect the same scrutiny in return. If you need our registration details, financial reports or policies to complete your own due diligence, ask and we will send what exists.
The process
Submit an inquiry.
Take part in an initial discussion.
Complete appropriate due diligence, in both directions.
Agree the purpose, roles, budget, branding, information handling, safeguards, results and communication.
Sign the appropriate agreement.
Deliver, monitor and review the partnership.
