Policies that support safe, responsible, and accessible service

Our policies set expectations for privacy, safeguarding, conduct, accountability, accessibility, donations and concerns. Each one is published here only after approval by the applicable Board and any necessary legal review.

Status · In approval

Why most of these are not downloadable yet

A policy on this page means the organization is bound by it. Publishing a document before the Board has approved it, and before it has had the legal review its subject requires, would make this page a description of intentions rather than a set of commitments.

Each policy below therefore shows what it covers and its current status. As each is approved, the summary here is replaced by the approved document with its version and approval date.

If you need a policy for due diligence before it is published here, ask. We will tell you honestly whether an approved version exists and share it where we can.
