The Thrive Community Hub brings our community-impact programs together under one structure, connecting practical resources, youth opportunity, wellness, education, digital access, volunteer service and local partnerships.

Why it exists
A young person who needs a laptop may also benefit from mentorship. A family receiving essential supplies may need information about local services. A volunteer may have professional skills that can strengthen a program well beyond one event.
The Hub lets us coordinate these different forms of support without treating every need as the same problem — and without pushing someone into a program that does not fit what they actually asked for.
